Our flats measure aproximately 45 m² and they have an ample dormitory, a welcomming lounge-dinning-room with a built in kitchen, a bathroom made out of marble and a terrace. They also have climalit isolation, wooden flooring, embeded closets and a safe. They are handed over completely furnished, with bedclothes, crockery, cutlery and set of towels.

The building also has an air conditioned, central heating, private gardens and a great swimming-pool. In its basements, there´s an ample garage with 550 parking spaces.
